L'hôtel (au centre de Bouillon Ardennes) date des années 1730 et était à l’époque un hôtel modeste, « Le Grand Cerf ». En 1828, il fût rebaptisé « Grand Saint-Hubert » et dans le 18ième et 19ième Siècle l’endroit fût fréquenté par les voyageurs des diligences entre l’Angleterre, la Suisse, les Pays-Bas et Paris, dont le nom Hôtel de la Poste.

Het hotel (in het hartje van de Ardennen - provincie Luxemburg) ontstond rond 1730 als een bescheiden hotel "Grand Cerf", werd in 1828 omgedoopt tot "Grand Saint-Hubert" en in de 18e en 19e eeuw een overnachtingsplaats voor reizigers van de Postkoetsen tussen Engeland, Zwitserland, Nederland en Parijs en werd Hotel de la Poste.

The hotel (hotel de la Poste in the Ardennes) was founded around the year 1730 as the modest hotel “Grand Cerf”. In 1828 it changed its name into “Grand Saint-Hubert” and in the 18th and 19th century it became “Hotel de la Poste” due to people who stayed overnight when they travelled with the post chaise between England, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Paris.
Our hotel is located in the centre of Bouillon, the location is perfect for gastronomic weekends in the Ardennes, a holiday or weekend in the Ardennes.
